Krista obtained her certificate at BASI pilates, which works with all types of equipment. Her classes stay true to the principles of pilates while integrating contemporary movement, so each class is tailored to every client. She works with a wide range of clients with different goals. Due to her scoliosis, she places an emphasis on maintaining alignment in the body. Krista also specializes in Pilates for Breast Cancer Recovery, Pre-natal/Post-natal pilates, and Pilates for Dancers.
